Kirsty has been a Physiotherapist for 15 years, specializing in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy assessment and treatment of pain and multiple conditions in both female and male clients. She also has an expanded skill set of advanced orthopaedic courses, McKenzie therapy, Mulligan techniques, and a strong appreciation of the Biopsychosocial approach in effectively treating the whole person.

Kirsty focuses on history and story, functional restrictions and goals, and perform a region-specific and more global assessment to determine the impacting factors on each issue. Treatment focuses on education, appropriate manual techniques, home exercise, and overall empowerment in both recovery and ongoing prevention.
