Onsite and mobile rapid testing conducted at the time of collection, with same-day negative results.

Lab-Based Testing

Certified laboratory testing for regulated environments and/or confirmation of non-negative results. Includes urine or saliva collection and MRO-reviewed reporting.

Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)

On-site breath testing using calibrated devices that meet industry standards, with confirmation testing when required.

Support Services

Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services

Certified MROs review, verify, and release results in accordance with regulatory requirements, including follow-up with employees when needed.

Post-Incident & Reasonable Cause Testing

24/7/365 testing support for incidents or situations where impairment is suspected.

Policy Development & Training

Support with creating or refining drug and alcohol policies, plus supervisor training on procedures, compliance, and recognizing signs of impairment.

• Verified results from certified Medical Review Officers (MRO’s)

What happens after a non-negative result?

A confirmed non-negative result is often the beginning of a broader workplace process.

Depending on your policy and the circumstances, next steps may include a Substance Use Disorder or Addiction Assessment, a structured return to work plan, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring testing to support safe reintegration.
