How does it work?

When needed, our multidisciplinary team works together to ensure results are consistent and comprehensive. 

What will I receive?

Following the assessment, you receive a clear, practical report with findings and recommendations tailored to your needs. Depending on the assessment, this may include:

• Fitness-for-work or functional ability opinions
• Accommodation or return-to-work recommendations
• Compliance documentation
• Role-matching or redeployment guidance

Reports are designed for use by HR, operations, case managers, and treating clinicians.
