About
Ashley is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to delivering exceptional care through a blend of education, research-driven practices, and specialized training. Ashley takes an enthusiastic and comprehensive approach to assisting her client’s achieve their individual rehabilitation goals. Proudly bilingual, Ashley is happy to provide services in both English and French.
Originally from Campbellton, NB, Ashley relocated to Halifax to pursue post-secondary education at Dalhousie University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Neuroscience and a Master’s in Physiotherapy. In recognition of her outstanding research capabilities, she was honoured with the School of Physiotherapy Research Award upon her graduation.
Since joining the Lifemark team in 2012, Ashley has continually expanded her expertise through various post-graduate courses, including:

· Pelvic health
She is passionate about ongoing education, aiming to broaden her knowledge in movement disorders, exercise prescription and leadership.
Ashley’s personal interests include prioritizing self-care through journaling, practicing gratitude, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also maintains an active lifestyle through going to the gym, spin classes, hiking with her husband and dog Piper, biking, stand-up paddle boarding and skiing in the winter months.
