About

Nelie's passion is to help injured individuals reach their optimal level of function. She uses her skills/ experience to make their life better and pain free. Nelie graduated from De LaSalle University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and worked in private and government hospitals in KSA and UAE for 13 years.

Nelie's area of specialization is musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and Women’s Health. She started her interest with Women’s Health PT in 2009 through courses on Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Lactation management, and Prenatal Pilates with stability ball. She received an Advanced Clinical Diploma for WHPT 2012 to further enhance her education in this area.

Nelie became a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) in 2014 to enhance her physiotherapy skills through Mulligan’s Concept (Upper, Lower Quadrant, Advance course and Certification), Kinesiotaping Fundamentals and Advanced (KT1&KT2), PNF Level 1 and Level 2, MET, Myofascial Release Techniques, and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Part A and B. 

When she's not working, Nellie loves spending quality time with her kids, husband, family and friends. Her hobbies are travelling, brisk walking, and reading.
