About
Cindy graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Calgary. She is fully certified to perform dry needling, and has completed post-graduate training in advanced manual therapy. Cindy is passionate about women's health and has achieved specialized training in treating pelvic health conditions.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and has experience working with orthopedic specialists and hospital-based neurological and cardiorespiratory healthcare teams.
Cindy tailors treatment and programs to your individual goals and lifestyle needs. She utilizes hands-on manual therapy, needling, modalities, exercise prescription, and client education to ensure that you are an active participant in your rehabilitation. Cindy strongly believes in providing you with evidence-based holistic care to reach your maximum potential in health and wellness.
