Shireen Masoumeh Shamsedinzadeh Ravari is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario. She graduated from Kikkawa College's massage therapy program in 2020. Prior to her massage therapy training in Canada, Shireen earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on physical dysfunction, in Iran. She worked with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in a hospital setting for over a decade before moving to Canada and pursuing her passion for massage therapy.
Shireen specializes in several massage therapy techniques, including Swedish massage, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, fascial release, joint mobilization, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques. She also completed training in massage therapy for pregnancy (Trimesters) and is dedicated to helping her pregnant clients manage discomfort and pain during pregnancy. Shireen creates individualized treatment and self-care plans for each client based on their specific needs, goals, and lifestyle, whether they are seeking relief from chronic pain, injury recovery, stress and anxiety management, or simply want to prioritize self-care.
