Adam Gabay
About
In 2015, Adam graduated from the University of Toronto with a Life Sciences degree, specializing in human physiology. With an interest in healthcare, Adam obtained his entry-to-practice Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2021 from Brunel University, London, England.
Based on a thorough assessment, Adam works together with his patients to decide on the most appropriate treatment approach to best manage their pain and injuries, with the goal of their return to the activities that matter most. Adam firmly believes in educating his patients, so that they understand the prescribed treatment and advice given to them. Exercise prescription and manual therapy are also important components of his treatment approach. He strives to have his patients leave every physiotherapy session more informed, and more confident in their ability to manage their injury.
When Adam is not treating patients, he loves going on long walks, doing HIIT workouts, and playing boardgames and watching movies with his friends. Recently he began training in the martial art of Judo.
Adam is available for physiotherapy services at both the Greektown and East Toronto Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Clinic locations.
