Mike Corrigan, R.Kin, is a dedicated and evidence-based Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for helping individuals improve their physical health, functional movement, and overall quality of life. With a background in human kinetics and 15+ years of hands-on experience, Mike specializes in developing personalized exercise programs for injury prevention, rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and performance enhancement.

Certified by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, Mike is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional care. Whether working one-on-one with clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, he brings a client-centered, goal-oriented approach to every case.
