Zoe Bliss

Registered Massage Therapist

About

Zoë graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2023. Her practice includes the use of Swedish Massage, fascial release, and deep tissue techniques in order to help restore soft tissue health. Finding muscle imbalances and following lines of tension in order to get to the root of dysfunction helps her to put together tailored treatment plans for her clients’ individual needs. Her treatments typically take into consideration the nervous system, incorporating relaxation as a technique in order to facilitate muscle release.

In her spare time she enjoys doing yoga, and she uses her interest in this to help inform her advice about what stretching and other homecare ideas her clients can do to support achieving their goals.
