About

Kristen is home grown talent from right here in Alberta with a decorated varsity sports background.  She graduated with honors from the MacEwen University’s 2200hr program. Kristen is a longstanding member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and brings over 22 years of experience. 

She is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) specializing in therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, fascial decompression, sports massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to help clients overcome chronic pain, acute injuries and recovery from surgery.

Kristen leverages her elite sports knowledge and commitment to continual learning to create customized treatment plans that address the root cause of discomfort and work towards long term health. 

She also makes time to maintain an active lifestyle that includes snowboarding, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and anything else that gets her and her family out to the mountains.
