About
"Physiotherapy has helped me recover from my own injuries and nagging pains over the years. Let me help you with yours."
"Without physiotherapy I couldn't keep up with my husband and two young children. If it's not chasing them around the ski hill or hiking and biking in the mountains, it's helping to pack and carry all the gear."
After graduating with both a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997, Jennifer combined her passion for travelling, mountain biking and downhill skiing by working in many different mountain towns in western Canada. She joined THE Downtown Sports Clinics in 2002 which gave her the opportunity to continue to develop her skills doing many postgraduate courses including manual and manipulative therapy, Acupuncture, GUNN IMS needling and Vestibular/Concussion Rehabilitation.
Jennifer knows the importance of treating the body as a whole with hands on manual therapy as well as exercise and education on healing and injury prevention. She is passionate about ensuring your body is functioning at its optimum so that healing can happen as quickly as possible. Her goal is to get you back to your sport or just simply your activities of daily living.
