About

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Pamela graduated from St. Francis Xavier University’s B.Sc Nursing Program in 2012. Personal experiences within the health care system fueled Pamela’s desire to become a nurse at a young age. Pam has worked in a variety of roles within the health care system. She began her career on an acute care unit in Halifax.

She then moved to Ontario where she focused her career on roles dedicated to patient-centred care, including: Patient Experience Specialist, Accreditation Coordinator and Nurse Educator. After a few years, Pamela returned to her roots in Nova Scotia. Though the specialties have varied, her passion for nursing has remained constant.

Pam loves the beach and spending time near the ocean. In her free time, Pam enjoys hiking and taking dance lessons. She also likes spending time with friends, family and her dog, Bella.
