Passionate about extending healthy, fulfilling lives, Paul leverages massage therapy as a pathway to wellness. A 2022 graduate of Mount Royal University, he specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, orthopedic assessment and cupping. By alleviating pain and fostering body awareness, Paul empowers clients to take charge of their health.

Paul’s youthful days were a blend of gaming, fitness magazines, and breakdancing. Today, you might catch him grooving at electronic music festivals, practicing calisthenics, or hitting the pavement in minimalist shoes. His life philosophy centers on building resilience while having fun.
