Emily Kwak
About
Emily graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2025. She continues to pursue additional education in both mat and reformer STOTT pilates to develop her knowledge of human anatomy, movement, and exercise as therapy.
When working with patients, Emily focuses on short-term and long-term movement goals both within the clinical setting and in daily life. Strength training, stretching, and breathwork are key components to her practice and the foundation of longevity in her practice.
