About

Carol is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in rehabilitation. Originally from Brazil, she graduated as a physiotherapist and has since pursued a career focused on helping patients regain mobility and improve their overall well-being.

In 2024, Carol became a physiotherapist in Canada, bringing her expertise and compassionate care to the local community. Over the years, she has completed evidence-based courses in neuromuscular rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, functional exercises, and global postural reeducation.

Outside of her professional life, Carol is an avid runner who enjoys participating in summer road races and training for half-marathons. She loves working out, hiking, and stand-up paddleboarding with her family.

Her enthusiasm for an active lifestyle mirrors her commitment to helping her patients lead healthier, more active lives.
