About

Dr. Lingaja Thirunavukarasu. has earned her Honours Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, followed by a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

She takes a holistic approach to health, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the underlying causes of discomfort. Her practice combines a range of advanced techniques to restore balance and support long-term wellness. She is certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Graston Technique M1 (instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy), and the Webster Technique.

The Webster Technique, which is especially beneficial for expectant mothers, helps optimize pelvic function during pregnancy by correcting sacral misalignments and reducing muscle tension, thereby fostering an environment conducive to fetal positioning, a more comfortable pregnancy, and smoother labor.

Chiropractic care has the power to improve mobility, reduce pain, enhance athletic performance, and promote overall well-being. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking preventive care, She is here to guide you on your path to optimal health.
