About

Lourdes is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta. She received her four-year diploma from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a dedicated and compassionate acupuncturist known for her personalized care and holistic approach to healing. 

She aims to help restore balance within her patients' health by using different acupuncture techniques and addressing each patient's unique concerns to provide a customized treatment plan. She focuses on perimenopause, menopause and menstrual disorders as well as mental and emotional health. She also treats MVA-related symptoms, pain, digestive disorders, headaches, and more. As a part of her treatment, she acknowledges the person as a whole while creating a holistic space where healing can unfold naturally.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spend time with her family.
