About

Seho completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2023 from Dalhousie University. During his time at Dalhousie, Seho volunteered with the university’s soccer program as an athletic trainer and in strength and conditioning, where he gained valuable experience in injury rehabilitation, return-to-sport planning, and working with athletes in a performance-focused environment.

He has experience working with a wide range of clients, from older adults aiming to improve mobility and maintain independence to younger athletes working toward a safe and effective return to sport. He is committed to providing client-centered care and focuses on developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy to help clients achieve their goals and return to meaningful activity.

Originally born in Korea, Seho grew up in Moncton before moving to Halifax for his studies. He has also been involved in grassroots soccer programs, supporting skill development, and promoting physical activity within the community. Outside of work, Seho enjoys staying active through soccer, golf, and regular training at the gym. He also values spending time with family and friends and is committed to continuing his professional development within physiotherapy.
