About

Carole is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria, and a Master’s Degree in Education from Simon Fraser University.

She specializes in working with neurodiversity, anxiety, and depression, as well as with individuals facing chronic challenges. She also helps clients navigate relationship difficulties, workplace stress, and major life transitions. As a Gottman-trained couples therapist (Levels I & II) and certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, Carole brings both expertise and empathy to her practice.

Her approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness practices. She strongly believes in the healing power of positive connections.

Carole is a warm and compassionate counsellor who supports youth, adults, couples, and families. She has over 20 years of experience working in private practice, schools, universities, and community settings, and is passionate about creating safe, validating spaces where clients feel heard and understood.
