About

Antoinette (“Tony”) is committed to empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools to enhance their quality of life. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, meeting clients where they are on their health and wellness journey.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and brings extensive experience from a variety of healthcare settings. She integrates current research with functional and goal-oriented approaches to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and long-term well-being.

In her practice she offers Physiotherapy, cupping therapy, soft tissue mobilization and modalities. 

Outside of her professional practice, Antoinette values time spent in nature and remains deeply connected to her family, community, and spirituality. She is proud to call Calgary home and is honoured to contribute to the well-being of its residents.

She speaks English and Tagalog (Filipino).
