Massage Therapist

About

Raymond Yau Loo is a Registered Massage Therapist whose focus is on helping people move more freely, manage pain, and improve their everyday function. He graduated with honours from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program in 2025 and has completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 2020. This blend of academic training equips him with both the scientific knowledge and the practical skills to provide evidence-informed care that feels approachable and personal.

Raymond brings together massage therapy techniques and movement science to create treatment tailored to each person’s needs. Depending on your goals, he may incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, or guided exercises to encourage recovery and long-term wellness. His approach balances easing discomfort in the moment while encouraging ongoing improvements in mobility and recovery.

Whether you’re an athlete recovering from strain, a senior seeking to maintain independence, or a parent managing the stress of daily life, Raymond has worked with people from all walks of life. He has particular experience in addressing injury rehabilitation, posture-related challenges, chronic pain, and tension caused by stress. He believes that massage therapy is not just about easing discomfort but about giving people tools to feel better in their daily activities.
