Emily Bochek

Physiotherapist

About

Emily completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, where her lifelong involvement in sport sparked her interest in physiotherapy. She later moved to the United Kingdom to earn her Master of Science in Physiotherapy.

She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to care, with a strong focus on exercise therapy. Drawing on her background in competitive soccer, she brings a genuine understanding of sport, performance, and the recovery process, and values helping patients understand their bodies and feel confident taking an active role in their recovery. Along with tailored exercise programs, she uses hands-on techniques and education to support meaningful, long-term results.

Outside the clinic, Emily loves spending as much time outdoors as possible, and can often be found rock climbing, hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding.
