Bahar is known for her intuitive touch, a talented Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, dedicated to providing exceptional care that enhances her clients’ physical and mental well-being. She is fully certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) from the Dr. Vodder School. As such, she has exceptional expertise in lymphatic massage for lymphedema, pregnancy support, circulatory issues, post-surgical needs including orthopaedic and a full array of plastic surgery procedures (liposuction aftercare, BBL, tummy tuck and more), women’s health, and lipedema symptoms. She also provides deep tissue, Swedish massage, sports massage, and a full array of fascial and myofascial release techniques, cupping, and Shiatsu. As a dually credentialled RMT and Osteopath, she brings a highly unique perspective to each patient’s needs, and can pull from a wide variety of tools to help her patients feel their best.

In addition to her diverse skill set, Bahar loves working with patients with TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) issues, focusing on the release of trigger points and employing joint mobilization techniques to alleviate pain and dysfunction. With such a broad range of specialized techniques at her disposal, Bahar is an exceptional RMT on our team, passionate about offering personalized treatments tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Bahar takes a holistic, client-centered approach to healing, combining her extensive training with a deep understanding of the body’s interconnectedness, both from a Massage and Osteopathic perspective. Each session is thoughtfully designed to address specific concerns such as pain relief, injury recovery, stress reduction, and improved mobility. Whether helping clients recover from physical strain, alleviate chronic discomfort, or unwind from daily tension, Bahar is committed to delivering effective and therapeutic care that promotes long-term wellness.
