About

Joseph is a fourth-year Kinesiology student at Ontario Tech University, graduating this spring of 2026, with a strong interest in rehabilitation, movement, and performance. He is passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, build strength, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Through his academic training and practical lab experiences, Joseph has developed a foundation in exercise-based rehabilitation, movement assessment, and patient-centered care. He is also a certified volleyball coach with the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) and a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer, with experience working with youth athletes on strength development, injury prevention, and performance.

Outside of the clinic, Joseph enjoys strength training, staying active through sports, and is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys exploring new foods and restaurants.
