About

Meet Monika Deol, a skilled physiotherapist who completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India in 2013. Monika worked in India for three years, where she gained experience in treating patients with Orthopedic, Neurological, and Sports conditions. During her time in India, Monika presented a paper on “Effect of Manual Therapy on Tennis Elbow” at the 3rd international conference on manual therapy held in 2013.

Monika's passion lies in treating a wide range of injuries and pain, with a particular interest in the treatment of neck pain, shoulder rehab, hip, knee, and back problems. She excels at identifying the root causes of pain, such as movement dysfunction, muscle imbalance, and postural fault. Monika works with her clients to develop an individualized treatment plan customized to their specific needs, with an aim to restore each client to their normal physical activity. She incorporates manual therapy techniques (including joint and soft tissue mobilization), modalities, therapeutic exercises, and education in the treatment of her clients.

In addition to English, Monika speaks fluent Hindi and Punjabi, which allows her to communicate effectively with a wide range of patients. Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending time with her family and friends. With her expertise and dedication to providing quality care to her patients, Monika is committed to helping her patients achieve their goals and live a pain-free life.
