Michael Pacis

Psychotherapist

About

Michael completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2025 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Calgary in 2022. He continues to practice in the same clinic where he previously worked as a kinesiologist, including experience in a knee-focused rehabilitation setting.

Michael takes a patient-centred approach, emphasizing thorough assessment, movement analysis, and individualized exercise-based rehabilitation. He integrates hands-on therapy with education and active treatment strategies to help patients return to work, sport, and daily activities. His background in knee rehabilitation supports his management of lower extremity injuries and progressive return-to-activity planning.

Outside the clinic, Michael competes in powerlifting and enjoys bouldering, table tennis, squash, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
