About

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Many people move through life feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves, and therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of things and feel genuinely heard.

Destiny offers a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where you can show up as you are. Together, you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and self-compassion, helping you better understand how your mind and body respond to stress, relationships, and life’s challenges.

Her approach is primarily person-centred, with elements of EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy when helpful. She works with youth (13+), adults, couples, and families, and adapts her work to fit your unique needs, values, and goals.

She supports clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, emotional regulation, identity exploration, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, and life transitions – especially those who feel like they experience the world a bit differently.

Above all, she believes that feeling seen, understood, and supported is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
