Barbara Molina Oses
About
Barbara graduated with honours from the University of Chile, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Since completing her degree in 2018, she has built diverse clinical experience across private practice, community rehabilitation, in-home care, and working with soccer athletes. After moving to Canada in 2019, she continued expanding her clinical skills while completing her credentialing process and is now practicing as a resident physiotherapist.
Barbara has experience in return-to-work rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care, supporting individuals with acute injuries, chronic pain, persistent conditions, and complex presentations. She is particularly passionate about helping clients return to meaningful daily activities, work, and recreation through personalized, evidence-informed care.
Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, client education, and collaborative goal setting. Barbara believes successful rehabilitation is built on empowering clients to better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and take an active role in their recovery.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Barbara is proud to support Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language and create an inclusive, supportive treatment environment.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through hiking, walking, paddleboarding, and exploring the outdoors through travel and camping.
