Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. Coming from a family of massage therapists, she has developed a deep appreciation for hands-on, patient-centred care. She strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment where clients feel at ease while working toward their treatment goals.
Her approach to treatment incorporates a range of techniques to promote rehabilitation and relaxation. Some of her experience includes deep tissue and sports massage, prenatal care, and myofascial work, while addressing concerns such as stress, postural imbalances, chronic muscular tension, headaches, injuries, and neurological conditions.
