Melissa is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry. Known for delivering thoughtful, results-driven massage therapy sessions, her care and approach are tailored to each individual.

Her treatments integrate advanced techniques, including assisted stretching, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Early in her career, she developed a strong clinical foundation in headache and pain management, which continues to inform her approach to both acute and chronic conditions.

She has worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings across Toronto, London (UK), and the Cayman Islands, and places strong value on a collaborative, integrated approach to care. During her time in London, she supported runners and athletes, including marathon trainees, with a focus on injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

Committed to providing effective therapeutic treatments, she supports immediate concerns while also helping patients work toward long-term movement, strength, and overall well-being.
