About

 Adrienne is a registered massage therapist with MTANS and graduated from ICT Northumberland College back in 2021, and immediately her journey here with PT Health. 

She comes from an athletic background, from cross country running, to being a competitive paddler through her youth to early adult years. Through the course of her education, she was able to work with various Olympic athletes, and takes pride in empowering her patients to move their bodies, and is passionate about the mind and body connection. 

Adrienne specializes in myofascial release, scar tissue therapy, Manuel Lymph Drainage (level one), post whiplash/post concussion syndrome, nerve impingements, degenerative diseases. Although above all, Adrienne is passionate about consent and communication with her patients to achieve a tolerative treatment by making sure her patients feel heard. She believes she is treating the nervous system itself, and enjoys getting to the root of the problem to help you understand why your body is creating this pattern of distress. She is planning to expand her knowledge in pelvic floor dysfunction.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and doing home projects.
