AJ McGraw

Physiotherapist

About

AJ completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick.

Throughout his physiotherapy education, AJ has gained valuable experience working in private practice to hospital settings, treating various orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions. He has developed a strong clinical interest in the treatment and prevention of orthopedic injuries, especially in athletes and weightlifters.

AJ’s treatment philosophy is one that is evidence-based, collaborative, and individualized to the patients at hand to meet their unique goals. He combines hands-on manual therapy, functional dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to accomplish these goals. Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, AJ has intentions to pursue his advanced orthopedic levels in the future.

Outside of the clinic, AJ loves to stay active. He maintains an active lifestyle through his hobbies of weightlifting, golfing, hiking, and playing hockey.
