About

Candace is a Registered Kinesiologist who has been practicing in the field of kinesiology for over 18 years. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. Over the course of her career, she has had the fortune of working with a variety of clients, injuries and medical conditions, alongside a diverse collection of highly accredited healthcare professionals in a multi-disciplinary setting including, clinical, corporate, industrial, and fitness facility environments. Such varied experience has helped Candace to identify that her passion lies with both teaching people and working with them to understand how movement plays a key role in recovery, daily life function, and lifestyle improvement. To provide the best treatment to all of her clients, Candace regularly engages in furthering her professional knowledge through courses, reading and engaging with professionals in different aspects of the health field.

A large portion of Candace’s practice consists of assessing physical and behavioural capabilities through functional and cognitive capacity evaluations.

In her spare time, she can be found leading an active lifestyle through exercise and playing sports and enjoying time with her young family.
