Massage Therapist

About

Cassidy is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with high honours from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program in 2025. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, she earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology with high honours from the University of Toronto in 2022. She received multiple scholarships awarding her academic achievements at Centennial College and the University of Toronto. Her academic foundation in kinesiology gave her a deep appreciation for human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription, all of which continue to inform her approach as a therapist today.

She brings an evidence-informed perspective to her practice, blending her knowledge of movement science with hands-on treatment techniques to support each client’s unique goals. Whether addressing injury recovery, postural imbalances, or everyday tension, she aims to provide personalized care that relieves discomfort and empowers clients to better understand their bodies. Her treatment style may include Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, hydrotherapy, and homecare exercises to support recovery and long-term wellness. She has experience working with a wide range of individuals, including the general public, infants, athletes, palliative patients, and individuals with acquired head injuries.

Cassidy is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment for all clients. Her goal is to support each person’s health journey with empathy, clinical insight, and a genuine desire to help them feel better, both in and beyond the treatment room.

Outside of her practice, Cassidy enjoys exploring hiking trails, playing badminton, pickleball, ultimate frisbee, bouldering, and trying out new sports.
