Cathy Duncan
About
Cathy is a born and raised Albertan. She utilized her background in biomedical research as a foundation for her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
She has a keen interest in working patients of all abilities to obtain their activity goals. To this end, she utilizes a variety of techniques including education, soft-tissue mobilization manual therapy, modalities and exercise prescription. Her previous experience has included working with geriatric and high falls-risk populations, athletes, and those with acute and/or chronic hand injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Cathy is an avid social dancer and teacher, with a focus on swing and jazz styles. She can also be found hiking, rollerblading, and volunteering at a local homeless shelter.
