About

Eric is a Kinesiologist registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He holds a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership with a specialization in Exercise and Wellness from Camosun College.

Throughout his career, Eric has worked in a wide range of settings—from high-performance sport and tactical training to municipal recreation and clinical rehab. He has coached both Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting at the recreational and competitive levels, with a particular focus on foundational strength development and technical proficiency in resistance training.

Whether helping someone recover from injury or reach their peak performance, Eric is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve their physical goals.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Eric weight training, cycling, or exploring the outdoors of the West Coast with his wife.
