About

Foram is a physiotherapist with seven years of professional experience working in India and Canada. She provides evidence-based physiotherapy care focused on improving movement, strength, and overall function. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Foram has worked with a variety of conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, such as soft tissue release, myofascial release, and joint mobilization, with individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s goals and stage of recovery.

She views rehabilitation as a collaborative process and prioritizes patient education by clearly explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, allowing her to support patients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of clinical practice, Foram enjoys painting and sculpting. She continues to update her clinical knowledge by applying current physiotherapy techniques to support effective and practical rehabilitation.
