About

Helen graduated from Western University's Health Sciences program in 2018, followed by the Occupational Therapy program in 2023. Raised in London, Ontario, she has been a part of this vibrant community all of her life, and is excited to continue serving it as an occupational therapist.

Her approach to occupational therapy is centered on empathy, patience, and active listening.  She is interested in psychotherapy, mental health, and diverse experiences. She believes in working collaboratively with individuals, by partnering with her clients in their health journey. She is committed to providing personalized care that respects her clients' experiences and aspirations.

Outside of the office, Helen loves travelling, throwing a frisbee, and heading to an improv show. She is interested in urban planning and transit, and can often be found Googling why things are the way they are.
