Ipsa is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy in India and was a proud gold medalist in Anatomy during her Bachelor’s degree—demonstrating a strong academic foundation and an early passion for human anatomy and movement science.

Her clinical expertise includes the management of low back pain, neck pain, radiculopathies, knee and hip replacements, knee pain, and shoulder injuries. Ipsa takes a patient-centred and evidence-based approach, offering personalized care tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.

She is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and enhance their physical well-being. Ipsa works closely with her patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they feel supported, empowered, and heard. Committed to ongoing learning, she regularly attends professional development courses and keeps up with the latest research in the field.
