About

Jane’s passion for health and wellbeing began with playing sports and regularly engaging in physical activity. Her approach to physiotherapy focuses on education, soft tissue techniques, and exercise to help her patients reach their goals and optimise their health and well-being. 

Jane has worked in Kingston and Stouffville in private practice settings and has experience treating clients with a variety of injuries.​ With a focus on orthopaedics, Jane obtained her Levels 1+2 in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Outside of physiotherapy, Jane enjoys spin classes, strength training, singing and travelling.

Jane is a graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at Queen’s University and is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Before her physiotherapy education, she achieved her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster.
