Physiotherapist

About

Jen graduated from the University of Toronto in 2018 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, after completing her Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University.

Jen takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to care, placing strong emphasis on detailed assessment and clinical reasoning to develop tailored treatment plans that help patients return to their sport, activity, or daily function. Her treatment style incorporates hands-on manual therapy, customized exercise programs, and patient education to support long-term results. She is also trained in dry needling, which she integrates into her treatment approach when appropriate.

Jen has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also certified in the GLA:D® program for hip and knee osteoarthritis, providing evidence-based education and exercise to help patients improve strength, mobility, and overall function.

Jen has had a lifelong passion for sports and athletics. She played competitive, national-level tennis from the age of 7, which helped shape her skills in goal setting, communication, and leadership—qualities she brings into her practice to empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Jen enjoys staying active through pilates and strength training. She also loves to bake and spend time with her husband and children.
