Jude Taylor

Registered Massage Therapist

About

Jude is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic healing and helping people feel their best. His journey into massage therapy began with a deep curiosity about the human body and its incredible potential for recovery and resilience. This led him to earn an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto—two experiences that shaped his approach to care and deepened my commitment to wellness.

He brings a diverse skill set that includes deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dynamic release, and Swedish massage. Whether you're recovering from surgery, navigating prenatal or postpartum changes, managing a neuromuscular condition, or simply seeking relief from everyday tension, he's here to provide a tailored treatment plan that meets your unique needs. He also specialize in scar work and sports recovery, drawing from his own active lifestyle as a powerlifter, hockey player, and golfer. These pursuits have given him firsthand insights into the physical demands of sports and the importance of proper recovery—something he loves to incorporate into his work with clients.

Jude's goal is to empower you to move better, feel better, and live better. He believes in addressing the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms, to help you regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve your overall quality of life.

When he's not in the clinic, you'll likely find Jude at the gym, on the ice, or on the golf course, staying active and embracing the balance of strength, movement, and recovery.
