Kathleen is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a comprehensive approach to helping patients achieve their best physical health and well-being. Kathleen offers a wide range of advanced techniques tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.

She has specialized training in manual therapy, dry needling, chronic pain management, pelvic floor, concussion care, case management and return-to-work protocols. Kathleen's approach combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate, individualized focus, supporting patients in reaching their health goals and maintaining long-term wellness.

Kathleen cultivates a mindset that embraces change, seeks continuous growth, and applies learning to improve patient outcomes. Whether through formal education, hands-on experiences, or self-directed learning, Kathleen's educational pursuits equip her with the skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving physiological environment of Physiotherapy.

She began her journey in healthcare with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, and in 2012, joined Lifemark Portland as a Kinesiologist. Motivated to deepen her expertise, Kathleen pursued a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University. In 2015, she returned to Lifemark and has proudly served the community here ever since, currently holding the role of WCB Clinical Practice Lead.

Kathleen strongly believes in the benefits of a physically active lifestyle, and draws on her lifelong involvement in competitive sports. Kathleen played softball for over 15 years at both provincial and national levels, which allowed her to pursue an athletic scholarship during her undergraduate studies. Currently, she enjoys running, HIIT training, and water skiing.
