Katrina El Asmar is a passionate and dedicated nutritionist and registered dietitian based in Ottawa. She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences degree at the University of Ottawa and is a member of both the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the Ordre des diététistes nutritionnistes du Québec.

Through her diverse experiences in hospital and family health care placements, Katrina has gained a wealth of knowledge in the field of nutrition. She is deeply committed to showing how the food we eat can improve our health and overall quality of life.
