Keith Mather
About
Keith graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal College in 2005 after completing kinesiology at MRC. Since that time he has worked closely with physiotherapists, athletic therapist, acupuncturists, chiropractors and many other experts in their fields.
He has developed a specific interest in aiding athletes both recover from injury and prevent future injuries. A former athlete and current recreational athlete himself, Keith believes that regular maintenance of the body is a much wiser plan than trying to fix a broken one. Keith utilizes his interest in athletics and general body health to provide his clients with basic stretching and exercises that will keep them feeling great in between treatments.
In his free time, Keith enjoys many activities including basketball, soccer, kettlebell sport lifting and most time consuming and enjoyably, time with his 2 daughters.
