Khushpreet is a certified Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to creating individualized paths to recovery. She is focused on empowering patients through education and goal-oriented rehabilitation, helping them quickly return to their optimal function and active lifestyle.

She specializes in treating a diverse patient population with an emphasis on key outpatient needs:

  • General Orthopedics: Rehabilitation for common musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
  • Post-Surgical Care: Structured programs to safely and effectively regain strength and mobility following orthopedic procedures.
  • Geriatric Mobility: Specialized programs to address age-related challenges, improve stability, and enhance daily living activities.
  • Balance & Gait Training: Targeted interventions to improve walking mechanics, posture, and equilibrium to reduce the risk of falls.

Khushpreet's clinical approach integrates therapeutic exercise with advanced modalities for effective pain management and healing:

  • Electric Stimulation: Proficient in the use of Interferential Current (IFC) and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for pain relief.
  • Thermal Therapies: Skilled in applying Therapy Ultrasound to promote tissue healing.
  • Laser Therapy: Utilizing Therapeutic Laser for non-invasive pain and inflammation reduction.

She holds certifications in First Aid and CPR and is also a GPA Certified professional. 

Khushpreet is proud to offer care in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys nurturing her creative side through painting and relaxing by watching movies and web series.
