Kristina Kinnear
About
Kristina is a licensed Occupational Therapist registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University (2025) and a Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in Clinical Kinesiology from Western University (2023).
During her graduate studies, Kristina gained experience in a variety of practice settings, including mental health, school-based rehabilitation, acute care, and accessible skills training for young adults with intellectual and developmental exceptionalities. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan from children to older adults, and is committed to providing inclusive, client-centred care. Kristina is passionate about supporting people in achieving greater independence and engaging them in activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the office, Kristina enjoys staying active through sports (ice hockey is her favourite), hiking, and going to the gym. A lifelong Toronto Maple Leafs fan, she also loves exploring new places, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and expressing her creativity.
She brings this same energy and creativity into her practice and looks forward to continuing to grow and make a meaningful impact.
