About

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from the University of Toronto. She went on to complete her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Michelle gained valuable knowledge and manual skills while treating patients with chronic conditions such as arthritis, musculoskeletal conditions including sports related injuries and post-operative recovery, and neurological conditions such as stroke rehabilitation and Parkinson’s Disease.

Michelle incorporates education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, sport specific training, taping, and modalities to optimize recovery and reduce pain. To continue her education, she will be taking courses in acupuncture, McKenzie Method, and Mulligan Concept.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys staying active with basketball and volleyball and is always training for her next running event.
