Natasha Trudel
About
Natasha Trudel is a Dalhousie physiotherapy graduate from 2005. Prior to pursuing a career in Physiotherapy, Natasha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, also from Dalhousie University. Since graduation, Natasha has been working in private practice and most recently enjoys practicing in her home community.
Natasha brings a multifaceted approach to treatment. She has a history of working with people with complex musculoskeletal conditions, Veterans and client’s post surgery. With over 18 years of experience, she works to optimize your health by utilizing self management strategies, education, manual therapy and injury-specific exercise prescription. Natasha is passionate about helping people to reduce pain, recover from their injury and return to the activities they love.
Outside of her clinical practice, Natasha enjoys camping. During the winter, she can easily be found in the rink as a passionate spectator. She also enjoys watching her hometown Halifax Mooseheads pursue Championships!
